Un-Metered Hosting Space:
No company can give you un-limited space! Some companies mytry totell you that the space is un-limited! But, if you read their terms of service agreement you will find that is is not the case! Our space is not un-limited. We however do not meter your hosting space. If one user on the server is using 100MB of Space, but you need 10GB of space that is OK with us! The only time that we step in is when our servers are reaching 80% capacity. From within our control panel section you can see how your server is loaded from within our control panel. We will either move the high consumption users to a new server or notify them that we need to make a change to their hosting. We will give you plenty of notice of this policy when it occurs. We will guarantee you a 30-day notice regarding this policy. |

Un-Metered Bandwidth:
The same is true with bandwidth as with “Un-metered Hosting”. No company can offer truly un-limited bandwidth. We do not meter bandwidth unless your site is using so much resources that other sites cannot function. We however will not turn your site off! We will put a cap on bandwidth only if it becomes a problem. You will be notified when we make these changes. You can either stay on the same hosting account with the cap which will never be less than 2GB per month or You can have the option of moving to a server that can handle more bandwidth per user or getting a dedicated server/ Virtual server from us. Each server can handle a minimum of 300GB of data transfer a month. We will only make changes to the bandwidth policy if the server reaches 80% of total bandwidth available. We do this so that we do not oversell the server and you the customer has awebsite that functions properly. |

Free Domain Name:
We will pay for your domain name for the first year of your hosting with us. |

MySQL Databases:
We have a pre-set limit of 10. We will give you more if needed! My SQL data bases are most often used to create a PHP based website such as a shopping cart, Photo Gallery etc…

FTP Accounts:
The pre-set limit for FTP accounts is 5. FTP accounts will allow you or your web developer to upload, download and make changes to your website as needed. This is also a good utility that will allow you to back-up the website. | | |

Dedicated IP Addresses:
We charge a one-time fee of .00 for a dedicated IP address. This is used for websites that needcredit card processing and need to have a SSL certificate. | |

SSL Certificates:
SSL certificates are used to secure your website. You will need one of these if you are making API calls from your website. You will also need a dedicated IP address in order to make this work. | |

E-Mail:
We will give you the ability to create 100 e-mail accounts. Our service is different than most because it is redundant! If our servers go down for any reason, your e-mail will be stored on a back-up server until our servers are restored. Your e-mail will then be delivered you after the server is back up. We do not know of another company that offers this as a free service! | |

Redundant E-Mail Service:
As stated above. If our servers go down for any reason your incoming E-mail is stored and then sent to you after our servers are backed up. | | | |

Web based E-Mail:
We use Horde, Squirelmail, and Round Cube as our online web based E-mail applications. You can choose which one you like the best! | |

Pop based E-mail:
This will allow you to access your e-mail via Outlook, Outlook express etc | | |

Anti Virus Scanning:
Our servers use Clam AV for anti virus scanning. We hope to catch all of the viruses before they reach you.

Spam Filtering:
We use a program called Spam Assassin to scan your E-mail and delete all SPAM. This feature can be turned on or off depending on your needs. | | |

Remote Back-up Service:
We back-up all data on our servers to a second hard drive on the server. However, this does not guarantee that your data is safe. That is why we offer nightly remote back-up service. If you want this service we will charge a flat fee of 55 cents per GB stored per month. If you have a hosting account that uses 1GB of space your monthly fee is 55 cents. If you use 2GB, your fee is .10. It is that simple! | |

Free Upgrade/Custom Technical Support:

We have a 98% guaranteed uptime. This is calculated by the hour. There are 8760 hours in the year and a average of 730 hours in a month. If our servers are down more than 14.6 hours in a month then we will refund 50% of your money. If we are down longer than 24-hours we will give you the month for free.
Guaranteed not to oversell our service: We also guarantee that we will not oversell our servers. If our servers reach 80% of their capacity we stop selling and add more capacity! | |
